To secure your event date, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made before the start of the event. We accept cash, debit, and credit.
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made seven days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date.
If you need to make changes to your event, such as adjusting the number of attendees or event location, please inform us as soon as possible. We will work with you to adjust the services accordingly.
For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup plan in case of inclement weather. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but if weather conditions are severe, we may need to reschedule or move the event indoors.
Safety is our top priority. We require that all event attendees follow safety guidelines provided by our staff. ForePlay Mobile Golf is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the event due to non-compliance with these guidelines.
